Orders & Shipping

What are the shipping fees and delivery times?

We offer free Shipping on all orders. Expect delivery within 3-6 days to the U.S. and 3-7 days to Canada.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to all locations within the U.S. & Canada.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with the tracking number and the tracking carrier information after your order is fulfilled. You are able to track your order by the provided information.

Or, if you have signed up an account, you can track the order by logging in to your UpMazine account and click "My Orders" to see your order status.

Are there additional duties, taxes, or fees?

Taxes are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address. No Duties and other feeds will be charged.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Contact us within 12 hours of placing the order for any changes. Due to our fast processing, we can't guarantee changes after this period.

What if my order is delayed?

If there's a delay, contact us via Live Chat or email at contact@upmazine.com, we will update you within 12 hours.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return/exchange policy?

We offer 30-day free returns/exchanges. Returned items must be in original, undamaged condition with all original packaging.

For exchanges, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How do I return an item?

To start a return, you can log in your account, click "My Orders", find your order, and select "Return Items". 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When will I get my refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@upmazine.com.

Gift Box & Card

Is each item packaged with a gift box and card?

Yes, every order includes a free gift box and greeting card.

Can I personalize the greeting card?

Absolutely! Add your message before adding the item to the cart or just leave us a note. If no message is provided on the order, the back side of the card will be blank and the logo side of the card will face front.

Is there a word limit for the card message?

Yes, please keep your message under 20 words due to card size.

Can I preview the card before shipping?

If you have specific printing preferences, let us know. We aim to meet your expectations.

What's included in each package?

Every package contains a gift box, greeting card, champagne-colored ribbon, silver polishing cloth in a branded pack, and our gift box bag.

Product Care & Warranty

Is there a warranty on the jewelry?

We offer a 2-year warranty from the purchase date covering material and workmanship damages. It doesn't cover loss, scratches from abnormal wear, or improper use/storage. Contact us for warranty service.

How should I take care of the jewelry?

Use our polishing cloth to gently rub the jewelry. Dark residue on the cloth is normal. Do not wash the cloth, and keep it away from children.
